Is Lumio Consulting the right fit for me?
🧠 General
If you’re a small business owner in Colorado (or anywhere, really) looking to grow without growing your to-do list, we’re likely a good match. I’ve spent years — and more than a few of my own dollars — mastering what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to automating operations. You’ll get boutique attention with big-league results, no fluff, no interns.
-
What does “unlimited” mean?
🧠 General
You can submit as many requests or tasks as you'd like. We’ll prioritize what matters most and build out one automation at a time, based on what’s going to move the needle for your business. No nickel-and-diming. Just clear priorities and steady progress.
-
What platforms do you work with?
🧠 General
I primarily use Go High Level, Make.com, Zapier, and n8n. I also build custom integrations using JavaScript, Node, or even MongoDB when needed. If your tech stack supports automation, I’ll find the smartest way to make it work for you.
-
Do I need technical expertise to use the systems you build?
🛠️ Technical
Not at all. Once the system is live, it runs itself. If you ever want to tweak it later, I can show you how — or jump back in to handle it for you. No tech skills required.
-
How long does it take to set up an automation?
🛠️ Technical
It depends on the complexity of what we’re building, but most systems go live within 5 to 10 business days. You’ll get quick wins fast — without waiting months for results.
-
What if something breaks?
🔧 Support
You’ll never be left hanging. If a system fails or breaks, I get notified immediately and will jump in to fix it before it causes any headaches.
-
How do we communicate?
🔧 Support
Most clients prefer Slack, but I’m flexible. We can also schedule weekly check-ins if you want hands-on collaboration, or keep it light-touch if you just want updates as things get done.
-
What do you mean by “100% satisfied”?
🔧 Support
Simple — if you’re not completely happy with the result, I’ll keep working on it until you are. No extra charge. No excuses. Just results.
