Liability Limits
While we strive for excellence and reliability, Lumio Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question during the past 12 months.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable transition support and documentation to ensure continuity of your operations.
