Hi, I'm Tom — founder of Lumio Consulting.

Before launching Lumio, I spent nearly two decades in enterprise IT, helping organizations design and deliver solutions across storage, compute, networking, and cloud infrastructure. During that time, I worked with clients of all sizes — from small businesses and SLED institutions to Fortune 100 enterprises — translating complex technology into strategies that drive measurable results.

In 2023, I turned my focus toward Artificial Intelligence — not just the tools, but the transformation they enable. I became fascinated by how large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini could reshape the way teams think, create, and operate. Since then, my work has centered on helping organizations adopt AI responsibly and strategically — blending the practical with the possible.

Today, I work with companies across Colorado to help them:

• Deliver hands-on AI training and enablement for teams
• Guide AI tools selection and workflow designs

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me hiking Colorado trails, camping, reading, playing volleyball at Wash Park, or enjoying a cold beer on a sunny patio.
